Parents

I’m a 23 year old girl living with my grandparents and siblings. I don’t want to go to work. I’ve tried it and I don’t like it. My grandparents expect me to work though. They can’t seem to understand that I’m unhappy with everything. I’m not physically ill just don’t t want to be bothered with anything. I know I bully my nan and since my grandfather has had to be in for the lockdown I make sure he can’t get any of his work done. Because I rant and argue but I don’t want to be this way but I can’t stop
I need help to stop bullying them.
Pleas help I don’t want to behave this way but I know I’m horrible but can’t stop.

Chloe it seems to me that you are depressed and need professional help because you should not be like this at 23, but at present with this lockdown thing it’s going to be very difficult to get started. You have made the first step by recognizing your problem, promise yourself to do one small nice thing each day, even a smile or a cup of tea for grandad.
